Fill in all the information needed for each container.
If you have multiples of the same item, you can duplicate the information by clicking action and then duplicate the container.
- Skip the "Accumulation Started Date" field.
- If you have a mixture, make sure the total percentage is 100%
- Skip the "Percentage" field. If you do not have a mixture
- There is no need to print the container labels shown on the next page.
